Aces & Eights is a live music band based in Western North Carolina. This site lets you view our shows, photos, and videos, request a booking, sign up for our updates, and download promotional materials. It's provided for these purposes only.
3. Booking requests and quotes
This is important: submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Sending a request does not reserve a date or create a contract.
- Prices shown on the site, including any travel estimate, are estimates and may change based on the final details of your event.
- A date is only held once we confirm it with you directly. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.
- Final details — such as set times, deposit, payment, cancellation, and any written agreement — are arranged directly between you and the band and are not governed by this website.
- Calendar availability shown on the site is offered in good faith but is not guaranteed until confirmed.
4. Newsletter and text messages
If you sign up for our email or text updates, you're agreeing to receive them, and your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Opting in is never required to book us.

The promotional photos and logo offered on our Media page are provided for one purpose: promoting Aces & Eights performances (event listings, posters, social posts, and similar). You may use them for that. Any other use, and any use of the rest of the site's content, requires our written permission.
