Charges for distance beyond a free radius. Distance is a straight-line estimate from your base ZIP to the customer's event ZIP (with a small road adjustment), billed per one-way mile past the free radius. When a trip qualifies for a surcharge, it's never billed below the minimum charge. Set the rate to 0 to turn it off.

Charge more on specific dates or seasons (New Year's Eve, holidays, festival weekends). Any request whose date lands in a range below uses these prices instead of your base rates. Leave a price blank to fall back to the base rate.

Set a held rate for a returning customer or a special agreed price. Add their name, their 3-hour and 4-hour rates, and an optional expiration date — a code is generated automatically. Use Email patron or Copy message to send it to them. They enter the code on the booking form to get their rate (all-in, no travel). Leave the expiration blank for no expiry. Premium/holiday dates always use premium pricing instead.
